Adult Maths Functional Skills Entry Level 3 (Daytime Course) 19+

You’ll work in small, supportive adult groups and receive targeted help. Best of all? There’s no scary exam hall—you sit the test in your classroom, on your terms, when you are ready.

Our Functional Skills qualifications are intended for anyone wishing to develop their skills.

This course is only available for 19+ learners ONLY (you must be 19 at the start of the academic year) i.e. 31st August.

As this course is for 19+ learners, please note that 16-18’s must be studying a full-time programme in order to access maths and English.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about your classroom and teacher to get you started.

Take a simple, paper-based exam in class with instant results—no long waits!

Achieving this qualification should increase confidence and motivation, and the skills you gain will be valuable in the workplace or in any further learning.

What to Expect:

We know you are busy, so we have designed this course to be as manageable and supportive as possible:

  • Minimal Commitment: You only attend college once a week for 2 hours.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We have various days and times available to suit your routine.
  • Adults Only: Learn in small, private classes with other adults—no teenagers involved.
  • Full Support: You will get plenty of help in class, plus extra resources to support your learning at home.
