Learners must have a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. A NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning or an interview demonstrating substantial experience of working in a school environment, that is relevant and current in relation to personal vocational experience to date. Successful completion of the course enables learners to gain employment in a school setting, or progress to higher education such as the Foundation Degree in Education and Care.
