Access Arrangements 

EXAM ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS

At Tyne Coast College, we are committed to ensuring that all students have fair access to exams. Where appropriate, tailored exam access arrangements can be put in place to support individual needs.

Exam access arrangements may include:

  • Taking exams in a smaller or separate room
  • Additional exam time
  • Supervised rest breaks
  • A reader or scribe
  • Use of a word processor

If you have previously received exam access arrangements, we may be able to continue these at South Tyneside College providing that evidence is required.
