At STC, we understand that every student’s situation is different, and our dedicated Advice and Guidance Advisers in the Student Services Team are here to support and accommodate everyone. From exploring your options to make the right career choice, to personalised study programmes to help you achieve, we’ll support you in turning your ambitions into reality.
If you have a question or query, our team is always on hand to help. You’ll find Student Services next to reception at the main entrance of the College on our Westoe campus.
To help you through your college journey, our Student Services Team also support with:
- Advice and guidance on course and training information.
- Financial support information, advice and guidance.
- Student counselling.
- Signposting to other services.
- Careers guidance, where our advisers hold interviews to discuss which options are most suitable for you. Please remember all advice and guidance is impartial.
Career Guidance
Not sure about what to do next? Want to apply for your dream job, but don’t have the qualifications? Whatever your circumstances, our dedicated team is here to help you. They can give you advice and guidance on finding the right career, what course is right for you, entry requirements, finance and travel information and so much more.
LEARNING SUPPORT
Your well-being is our number one priority. And no matter what your situation is, our Additional Learning Support (ALS) Team is here for you every step of the way. With support packages made just for you, we can help you learn, develop your confidence and expand your life skills.
